In the following project we have chosen a business, specifically a hotel. Through the segmentation of the hotel and other elements that affect the final product (psychographic, geographical) we tried to find professional solutions for the business. With international reservation systems and the use of tools in the tourism sector (such as OTAS, GDS, B2B-B2C systems, channel manager, etc.), we have found the ideal tools that suit our hotel to increase its bookings, popularity of, to filter and choose the ideal customers (targeted ads) and finally, the approach of tourists from other countries as well.
