“Islands of Freedom” provide a safe place for internal entrepreneurs to run experiments while also being held accountable for learning metrics and smart use of resources. During this interactive session, Marilyn Gorman will explore the need for Islands of Freedom in a Lean Startup enterprise, and the roles of both leaders and project teams in translating freedom into accountability.

Regardless of whether you are at the early stage of bringing Lean Startup into your enterprise or taking a strategic approach to scaling Lean Startup based on early, successful experiments, this session is for you.
