Lisa's coaching expertise focuses on developing areas of leadership, interpersonal communications, team dynamics and change management. Past projects include organizational restructuring, benefits review, business process redesign, and others. Team facilitation expertise with all levels of the corporate hierarchy from senior and executive management to front-line personnel. Leadership coaching comprises team motivation, interpersonal communications, effective problem solving and decision making, change resilience, and employee engagement.
