Having thousands of leads in your funnel means nothing without an efficient lead grading system, which is why LeadMaster CRM comes with an easily customisable lead qualification system that will allow you to choose your own labels for different types of lead status and grade your prospects with one click of the mouse. You can change lead status in either “Sales Update” or “Edit Profile” section in the upper navigation bar. In “Edit Profile”, choose the new lead status in the “Profile Summary” section. In the “Sales Update” tab, you change it in the “Lead Qualification” section. Lead grading works with workflow automation, so every step that your prospects take, in other words, their digital body language, is recorded in the CRM and automatically triggers changes in lead status, sales stage position, forecast dates and other relevant information.
