Role and Responsibilities:-
Worked as a Test and Troubleshooting Engineer
 Testing of Minilink RAU 2.1(15/18/23 GHz).
 Ensure calibration of all test stations and measuring equipment
 To ensure all test apparatus working in defined manner and with their correct
configuration
 Troubleshooting of faulty products at various stages of testing, systematic
categorization and analysis of faults for corrective actions.
 To perform yield monitoring, continuous improvement.
 Support for troubleshooting of the failed units due to the faults in the test
equipment, malfunctioning of the software, fixture/tooling issues, deviations in
the manufacturing processes, wrong components, undesired performance of the
components, improper design etc.
 To maintain and follow the safety measures and Basic 5S, ESD requirement in
their working areas.
 Handling the team of 8-9 peoples, their work and shift plan according to the
requirement.
 Testing and troubleshooting of Radio unit the no of failure during the production
