I.T. managers are amongst the most overlooked of office employees - they keep the email running smoothly, the computers up to date and safe from attacks, and the servers cool and happy. Without them, the office would be lost, but they don't receive the plaudits they deserve! We took to I.T. and network management social network Spiceworks, and asked I.T. professionals to tell us what exactly it was about them that made them so awesome. The answers we got back ranged from the serious to the ridiculous, and at the end of the day it's this sense of humour (and willingness to poke fun at themselves) that makes them truly awesome. I.T.
