National Automated Clearing House ■ NACH (National Automated Clearing House) is a funds clearing platform set up by NPCI (National Payments Corporation of India) similar to the existing ECS (Electronic Clearing Service) of RBI ■ NACH Credit is an electronic payment service used by an institution for affording credits to a large number of beneficiaries in their bank accounts for the payment of dividend, interest, salary, pension etc. by raising a single debit to the bank account of the user institution.

National Automated Clearing House ■ NACH is beneficial for timely salary disbursal, EMIs payments, auto-debit payments, pensions, subsidies, interests, dividends etc. ■ The present NACH mandate is capped at ₹1 crore. “The TReDS facilitates the financing of trade receivables of MSMEs ■ This was announced by Reserve Bank of India Governor Shaktikanta Das in his statement following the Monetary Policy meeting.
