There are many expenses in daily routine. Therefore, To manage users budget as per income
and expected expenses with previous record of monthly ,yearly and on daily basis .So users
can visit this web application to manage personal budget .
Problem with existing like:
 user have to manage the income, expense by writting in a paper.
 It take too much time to maintain personal budget on daily basis .
 Expense may increase as per income as if no budget exist.
 Manual budget (paper or copy )may lost or forgotten.
 Time consuming process .
 No tracking of previous expenses.

 The main purpose of the YRMoney Analyzer is to reach to wider range of users
and one can see their personal budget online
 Provide users to manage their expenses,savings online.within few seconds This
reduces the time consumption. And maintains the previous record
 The YRMoney Analyzer is to be developed to reduce the manual work or
maintaining budget for day to day expenses plus user can also see monthly and
yearly budget. users will be introduced with the interactive menu.
 Due to digitization and a step towards cashless economy, online budget system needs
to be introduced.

As the internet is growing fast and large group of people have access to the internet,The
proposed YRMoney Analyzer is designed keeping both user and admin management in the
mind so that users can look online and see their money status on daily basis with the help of
side menu. As is web based application will reachable to wide range of users and will allow
them to take a look to their budget and expenses.The features will be extended to Android and
iOS devices for better reach to the end user. and future scope is Loan and credit system will
be added Therefore This project is in R&D.

making budget. This website saves time and effort of the people as it allows people to check
their balance and budget.You don’t have to maintain any manual work of maintaining budget
all this can be sought out by the website itself. In certain situations when we have to see
previous record of day or month or week menu items online.
Proposed Outcome
A well-managed budget according to users pocket after processing income/expenses
.Therefore remaining balance can be used wisely along with daily,monthly and yearly record
of particular user budget
