Stock Control and Labor Management. We have bolt on modules for SMS messaging, credit
card processing and GPS driver tracking. Rameses comes in levels, ‐ Core, Pro and Enterprise,
to meet the needs of smaller, medium and chain operators. Andromeda offer two main
solutions for their customers – ACS Integration that allows 3rd party providers and portals to
place orders direct to the Rameses POS, and Andromeda Online ordering that provides a
branded web and mobile site for our customers to gain extra orders.

EZ-EDI literally means the Easy Electronic Data Interchange system with a comprehensive
set of functionality.

6. EZ-EDI is a separate module that transfers data between EZ-CAP and other systems such as
a provider billing system or a healthplan eligibility system. In data transfers between EZ-CAP
and other systems, the data transfer process either inloads externally generated information
into EZ-CAP or outloads selected records from an EZ-CAP database for transmission to
another system.
EZ-EDI’s inload modules allow you to enter data into EZ-CAP quicker and more accurately
than by manual data entry, without the need for paper input documents. The outload modules
are designed to transfer updated HIPAA EDI business transactions information to an electronic
data clearinghouse where participating providers can perform on-line inquiries from their
offices. Inload Modules to transfer information into EZ-CAP, you must submit a formatted
ASCII text file to one of EZ-EDI’s inload modules. EZ-EDI validates the input file, updates the
EZ-CAP database, and generates a report of accepted and rejected transactions.
Select the desired records that are in ASCII text file format to inload the data into EZ-CAP.
Outload Modules Use the outload program to extract data to be converted into an ASCII text
format and outloaded. For the Provider’s module, the outload program maintains a list of
participating providers for the clearinghouse. EZ-CAP automatically tracks the particular
records selected for each outload. EZ-EDI also provides alternate choices for selecting records
for outloading. After EZ-EDI creates the outload file, you can transmit this file electronically to
the appropriate destination, described in the Paid claims section.

EZ-CAP is a fully integrated system that supports and manages day-to-day business
operations of healthcare organizations such as HMOs, MSOs, PHOs, IPAs, specialty service
organizations, medical groups, hospitals and government sponsored health plans. It has over
16 integrated modules including Benefit Enrollment and Eligibility administration, Claims
processing and Adjudication, Authorizations, Capitation, Case Management, Internet
Connectivity.
EZ-CAP literally means the Easy Claims Administration and Payment system with a
comprehensive set of functionality including, eligibility and benefit tracking, provider
maintenance and fee schedules, claims, authorizations, HIPAA ANSI EDI and referrals.
The main application is written with Gupta SQLWindows and is client server based application.
It requires client installations at every place. The clients need to install new updates and the
organization faces high maintenance cost. In order to be competitive and meet the customer
expectations the management felt that product enhancement, modifying the existing features
and migration to new technologies is of prime importance.
As a result it is decided to move away from Gupta and transition the product fully into Visual
Studios 2005.net and SQL Server 2005 database. The current .NET Migration project will
improvise on its current capabilities and features suiting to the different business lines HMOs,
PPOs and POSs and make the product HIPAA compliant. The .Net application will follow
browser based architecture.
