HR merupakan sebuah payung besar dalam pengelolaan dan pengembangan
karyawan dalam sebuah perusahaan yang kini tengah menghadapi
berbagai tantangan terutama di masa pandemi dan pascapandemi nanti.
HR punya tugas utama yaitu mengawasi hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan
pengelolaan karyawan. Ada beberapa fokus utama yang mereka harus
kerjakan, yaitu: perekrutan dan penempatan staf, menghitung gaji,
tunjangan, dan kesejahteraan bagi karyawan, memberikan pelatihan dan
pembelajaran, memastikan keselamatan kerja karyawan, menciptakan
hubungan yang harmonis antara karyawan dan perusahaan, pengembangan
dan pelatihan karyawan. Oleh karena itu, HR dituntut harus memiliki
kemampuan tertentu.
Melalui program ini, peserta akan belajar tentang pengelolaan HR
yaitu membuat pekerjaan yang berurusan dengan pengelolaan karyawan
