Prospect tickets: Prospect tickets are now available. You can book straight through the Service Centre on 0844 848 5000, giving your prospect’s
name, address, phone number and email address. In the same week, your prospect will receive a confirmation email (you will be
copied in) which he / she should print out and bring to the Showcase. The deadline for registering your prospects is noon on
Friday 4 September. Anytime after that, you will have to register them at the NIA Box Office at the morning of the Showcase, so
try and avoid the queues and the hassle by booking them in early. Prospects can now also book their tickets direct on our

the Cranleigh Agricultural Show, where over 12,000 people attended. We set up a stand and
manned it for over 10 hours, handing out cards, leaflets and opportunity packs to the visiting

Each member of the team was out of their comfort zones as they had never done anything like

NOT JUST A JOB “I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome about five years ago. At the time I had a very good job
as a secretary, but after several long spells of illness I lost my job.
I joined Kleeneze a year later. I didn’t know much about the company, and, to be honest, I actually joined
as I had to find some way of regular exercise for my medical condition.
I had a major operation on my wrist in 2006 and was in plaster for six weeks. However, with the help of
my family, I still retailed £800 that period. In March of last year I had a second operation on my wrist and
could not drive for two weeks. I used to set off with my trolley and my arm in a sling and still managed to
