Your Hilton Houston Westchase Catering Sales Manager will:
Provide you and your fiancé with a personalized tour of the Hilton Westchase
Execute all contractual agreements between you and the Hotel
Act as your primary Hotel contact, available to answer all your questions and communicate
with other departments within the Hotel to ensure a seamless event
Provide you an outline of your financial commitments and pre -payment schedule
Detail your Banquet Event Orders outlining your entire event
Create a floor plan of your function space if needed, in order for you to provide specific
seating arrangements
Act as a menu consultant for all food & beverage selections to create your ideal meal
Review your banquet checks for accuracy prior to the completion of your final bill
Communicate all setup requirements of the ceremony & reception spaces, food preparation
& other Hotel operations to appropriate departments for execution
Recommend Special Events professionals to provide, music, floral arrangements, wedding
coordination, ceremony officiates & much more.

2. A Professional Wedding Coordin ator /P lan ner will:
Assist with proper etiquette & protocol for invitations, family matters, ceremony & toasts
Create a timeline for your entire Wedding day, including Ceremony & Reception
Deliver & arrange ceremony programs, place cards, centerpieces, favors & personal items
Assist Bride & Bridal party with dressing
Ensure that the Bridal party has their corsages, boutonnieres & bouquest
Be the liaison with your family, bridal party, band/DJ, florist, photographer &other vendors
Coordinate the processional with the Bride & wedding party (line up wedding party, assist
bride & dress)
Work with you to organize & coordinate your rehearsal. Remind Bridal party of all pertinent
“call times” & “do not forgets” on the wedding day
Organize & Supervise your rehearsal Ceremony
Handle and/or assist with post event duties including delivery of item to decorator/florist,
cake pedestals for wedding cake, final vendor payments & gratuities.
