Cre8 carried out 6 days of follow up calls between February and April 2015 for a large print
management company based in the Midlands.
Focusing on very specific market sectors, an average of 87 calls per day were made and 12
leads generated where the prospect required either a quotation or a telephone appointment
relating to a potential need. This equated to 2 leads per day, on a follow up call campaign; a
mailer and e-shots had already been sent by the client.

Cre8 worked with a software company who sold a Project Management tool, primarily within
the public sector.
A long term, solely telemarketing campaign was delivered, with the objective of booking
decision makers on to appointments for telephone/online or face to face demonstration
meetings. The only other marketing that was carried out either by Cre8 or the client was a
letter sent via post. During the 30 days of calling an average of 74 calls per day were made,
booking 0.8 demos per day, or 25 in total. The markets contacted were all public sector.

Working with energy management consultants who planned their campaign list very carefully,
identifying a small number of targets in a well-defined geographical location, Cre8 made 275
calls over 4 days, generating 7 appointments, or 1.8 appointments per day. These
appointments were face to face and for the Directors of the business. Letters were posted or
details emailed to each contact found; each business was well researched for suitability,
contact names and financial viability.
