Objective:
Being driven to achieve outstanding results for my employer and myself I aim to be the best I can possibly be
both personally and professionally. These are the core attributes which I have built my career on and strive to
improve every day.
I am looking for a challenging Networking / Systems engineering role which will allow me to grow both
personally and professionally. Where I can apply my passion for IT and utilize my proven technical skills and
harness my excellent communication skills to address customer concerns and requirements in a friendly and
efficient manner to achieve outstanding results.
Personal Profile:
I am a friendly, intelligent, personable individual with excellent communication skills who is driven to succeed
at whatever I put my mind to. The ability to stay poised and maintain a sense of humor and calm under
pressure are qualities which have proven invaluable in my pursuit of my chosen career path in IT.
Since finishing my IT diploma at Blacktown Tafe, I have completed several certifications and have worked for
several reputable IT services companies for a period greater than 5 years. Initially starting out as a level 1
Systems Engineer and progressing over a short period of time into a level 1 Networking Support role. I have
progressed from there to being a level 2 Engineer within the Systems and Network Engineering arenas and
developed skills in many areas beyond this. I left my last full time position to pursue my goal of starting my
own business which unfortunately has not been entirely successful due to a persistent series of attempted
hacker intrusions which occurred during daily operation early on in the business startup. This greatly
impacted my ability to operate successfully and has resulted in some temporary setbacks in achieving my
personal business goals in the meantime.
