4. Introduction...........
 Mr. B.J Parmar sir is a retired District Educational
Officer(DEO).
 Sir has good experiance in Educational streame.
 He has been retired since 4 years and started work
for the students who are deaf and dumb.
 Sir is working for deaf and dumb students since 3
years.
 He is Director as well as Acountant and Secretory of
the deaf and dumb school, Vidhyanagar, Bhavnagar.

5. Work of Him.....
 After his retirement he wants to do something special
and and wants to help the students who is handicapped
from born.
 So, he has decided to work for the students who are
deaf and dumb. So, he has excepted the post of director
at deaf and dumb school, Bhavnagar.
 He works very well, not for money but for his self
satisfaction. He is not taking any salary from school for
his work.

6.  He is working with full enthusiasm because he wants
to see the handicapped students at the higher level and
wants to develop the confidence of the students.
 He comes at school at proper time and works till late
night. Sometimes he is unable to go home before 10 p.m.
 He increases the confidence, efficiency, discipline of
the students because he wants to tell us that hadicapped
students are also capable of doing any kind of work which
a normal people can do.

7.  If any student or any junior teacher does not work
according to his instruction then he explains him/her
with love. Mostly there is no need of explaining student
because all students love him, respect him and also
respect his instruction and guidence.
 His behavier is fully well for all, for his students and
for his junior teacher and.

8. Ultimate Goal.....
 His ultimate goal in his life is to make deaf and
dumb people as capable of normal people at each
and every field.

9. Message for youth.....
 He suggests all youth to work confidently with
discipline and respect.
 He suggests us to give a chance to handicapped
people at every position and at every post because they
are capable of doing all kind of work and job which a
normal person can do.
 He also give a message to youth not to use internet in
illegal work and suggests to decrease the use of internet
if not necessary.

10. Conclusion.......
In this interview I defined……………
His vision dimension :-
Mr. Parmar thinks that a people should not only think
about to complete his duty as salary point of view, but
they should give best duty of the given case and don’t
make corruption.

11.  His human concern :-
 He always try to help of any handicapped people.
 He has changed one thing in his life that not to complete
duty for salary and not to work for effort but always take your
duty as responsibility to surve and to help the people.
