Good evening Mr. Perry,
I am not familiar with any employee recognition program you offer but am interested in
nominating Johnathan Caddy, the afternoon desk clerk. I have been staying here in East
Lansing for the last month and have seen first hand excellent customer service offered by this
young man. Not only does he meet my every need with the utmost professionalism, I have seen
him go above and beyond his usual duties. He offers assistance in finding local vendors, takes
out the trash if needed,and provides information on anything from the weather to  local sports.
He is always friendly and courteous and makes me feel like I am the only guest here. I have
witnessed his interaction with other clients as well and his demeanor is consistently service
oriented. I hope you have some means to recognize this employee who will certainly be one
reason I recommend this hotel to friends and fellow travelers. It is refreshing to see any
employee represent an employer with such enthusiasm and expertise.
