mobile accessories to a variety of retailers, including Phones 4U, O2, Vodafone, Sainsbury’s and Tesco.

Achievements:
• Achieved target of delivering £1.2m gross margin.
• Developed the in-car product portfolio from a small range distributed mainly via independent retailers
   into a comprehensive portfolio meeting the needs of a diverse range of retailers, including Phones 4U,
   O2, Vodafone, Tesco and Sainsburys. Increased category revenue from around £300,000 in the previous
   year to £2,000,000.
• Negotiated distribution terms with suppliers who had at first declined to partner Dextra.
• Introduced a range of new technology products, including storage (MMC, USB), SIM backup and
   Bluetooth products (printer adapters, USB adapters, headsets).
• Significantly improved the daily contact with suppliers e.g. Sony Ericsson, Motorola, Nokia,
• Improved the level of marketing support and information distribution to the business and channel.

Psion Computers, part of Psion PLC., was a market leader in manufacturing consumer and enterprise mobile
