 Partner with GM to develop business and strategy plans to ensure the store excels in areas such as
cost, service, safety,and inventory integrity. Ultimately, meeting store goals for timing deadlines,
product count, accuracy,and overall operational efficiency.
 Perform computer software updates,hardware maintenance, also, record and resolve all POS
issues when necessary.
 Monitor and adjust sales performance numbers to meet store needs, perform payroll, record daily
deposits, and prepare financial and inventory audits.
 Run financial and inventory reports weekly, and perform rectifications when necessary.
 Serve as primary liaison regarding customer service issues, and work with outside contractors as
well as in-store company contractors to resolve in-store furniture discrepancies.
 Work directly with subcontractor in order to mitigate proper maintenance to building/facility
structure including landscape, building structure, and electrical issues.
 Primary point of contact for implementing and enforcing corporate directives.
