The Epidemic
• There is an epidemic of chronic pain in the Western World
• For many, pain is associated with the back, the neck, knee, foot,
shoulder, stomach, head, ulcers, heartburn, irritable bowl and
bladder syndromes, cystitis, ...the list goes on and on.
• Millions of people, mostly women, also suffer from a pain malady
called Fibromyalgia, which is a disorder of the muscles that causes
pain and tenderness all over the body.
• After trying every known treatment, people are often told to just
live with the pain, that there is no cure, and sometimes they are
heavily medicated.
• Huge medical industries have arisen to treat these conditions but
the pain epidemic continues.

Why I am giving this Talk
• I suffered continuous chronic pain for many
years before curing it 100% myself
• This short talk is a summary of my resources
which are available at
• This information is Backed up by 40 years of
neuro-scientific research and is now practiced
by some of the top Medical organizations
around the world.

Lets look at a typical Scenario
• You are in severe Pain
• You go to the Doctor – the diagnosis is often back or neck pain – a
structural diagnosis is given.
• Medication is prescribed – painkillers, steroids etc.
• Your Pain may be related to : back, neck, knee, foot, head, stomach,
tendonitis, irritable bowel, bladder syndroms etc
• The Medication has only a temporary fix
• You may have surgery – the pain might ease for a while , but
appears somewhere else
• You try other specialists ;Orthopaedic Surgeons, Rheumatologists
etc, and then maybe try the Alternative medicine route, like
Acupunture, Hypnosis, BioEnergy, Chiropractors...
• And still the Pain is There

The Problem is the Diagnosis
• The problem is that the Diagnosis is WRONG!
• Up to now no one has treated the SOURCE of
your pain.
• They have treated the Pain
• The Pain will keep coming back until you fix
the SOURCE or CAUSE of the Pain.
• That is what this TALK is about !

What’s wrong with You?
• If you are suffering from continuous chronic pain that your doctors have
been unable to DIAGNOSE, TREAT, or CURE, you may have what I had,
which is MindBody Pain! – lets call it MBP and it is real severe physical
pain
• Your mind is causing pain in your body, as a way to avoid emotions that
you are afraid to face – emotions that you have REPRESSED
• MBP is now recognized by the top neurosurgeons and medical
practitioners around the world – it is not mainstream yet – but it will be.
• Your mind is producing pain in your body , to divert attention from
repressed emotions that are trying to come to the surface.
• These repressed emotions can go back as far as your childhood, and
maybe they come from stressful events in your present life.

The GOOD News !
• You can Cure this pain yourself, without medication or surgery – I did,
100% !
• Once you understand MindBody Pain and recognize what causes the Pain,
you are on your way !
• Results can occur immediately – mine did
• You don’t have to go back and figure out all your unresolved emotions
either, you just need to understand and accept what is going on.
• So, you can use your mind, your mental energy to overcome your pain –
I’ve done it. Its true.
• I came to understand the SOURCE of my pain, fixed my pain, and now I can
stop my body from producing pain.

Lets talk about The SOURCE of MBS
• Repressed emotions are the SOURCE of MBP
• Pain, is created by the brain, to prevent REPRESSED
emotions from becoming conscious.
• Attention is diverted away from the often scary emotions
we have repressed in our unconscious, to the physical, (the
body), causing pain to erupt
• MBP often starts in childhood/adolescence; headaches,
dizziness, stomach aches, fatigue, anxiety, etc – these can
be masked by medications, addictions etc.
• Later in life; back, neck, knee, stomach, migraines,
fibromyalgia, etc occur. And new names come out every
year, as the medical profession has no answer and no cure.

Where do these Emotions come From ?
They come from:
• Everyday issues- relationships, money, job, loss, trauma, abuse,
accidents, family issues, bereavement.
• Child hood trauma; especially physical, emotional or sexual abuse
• Our personalities; if we are perfectionist, people pleasers, looking
for approval, always helping others at our own expense
• Basic needs not being met; our need to achieve, to succeed, to be
liked, approved of, physically strong, attractive, immortal ( aging can
be enraging)
• Keeping these emotions hidden feels safer, than losing face in the
front of others, so we repress them.
• My REPRESSED emotions, especially anger and Rage, and my
personality traits were a major factor in bringing on my MBP

How do these Repressed Emotions (the Cause)
create PAIN (the effect) in your body ?
• The Pain, the stiffness, the burning, the pressure, the tingling, the
weakness were all caused by mild oxygen deprivation in the muscles, the
nerves and tendons – in the locations of the pain
• My brain reduces blood flow to these areas as a diversion mechanism,
preventing my repressed rage and other emotions escaping from my
unconscious – stopping them coming into my consciousness
• A self-safety valve you might call it.
• My unconscious pot of rage had boiled over, but the brains self-safety
valve diverted attention to the body by creating severe physical pain.
• The mind fears that the unconscious rage and other strong emotions will
break out into consciousness, destroying our image of ourselves in front
others, so it focuses our attention on the body by creating pain; ranging
from minor pain to chronic pain.
• The Pain was severe but can be reversed without any residual damage

Our Reservoir of Rage and other Strong Emotions
• Our reservoir starts to fill at childhood, and keeps filling during our life
• Pain is a direct result of anger and rage that is repressed in this
unconscious reservoir, and that is trying to come to consciousness.
• Our consciously suppressed rage keeps adding to it
• The threat of these emotions exploding into our consciousness must
be very strong and real, for the mind to produce physical pain
• Emotional stressors or triggers will overflow this reservoir throughout
our lives.
• So instead of holding these undesirable emotions in, the unconscious
mind deoxygenates (reduces blood flow) to parts of the body

The Pain often moves around
• Your pain can move around to different locations, involving different
muscles, nerves and tendons.
• However, like myself, when the pain returned in a different location
a year later- locking my neck in severe pain (which was related to
stressors in my life at the time), I had forgotten the MBP cure and
started working with physiotherapists, taking pain killers, using
special cushions etc - until one day I ‘remembered’ what was going
on and more importantly why it was going on, and after talking to
my brain I healed the pain instantly.
• I did the same ‘forgetting’ with an ulcer and also pains in other
locations, including Migraine. Remembering the MBP knowledge, I
was able to heal them all permanently.

So, What are you like ?
• You don’t need to be like me to create MBS pain
• Try to learn what is in YOU that needs distraction
• What permits the pain to develop in the first
place
• Be Honest !
• What are you avoiding looking at
• Ask yourself, when you have pain; “Whats going
on in my life to trigger the pain?” or “What was
going on at that time”

To Sum UP
• Use this MBS knowledge to treat the CAUSE or SOURCE
of your Pain, that is, the repressed emotions, so that
you can eliminate the EFFECT, which is the physical
Pain
• Dont just keep masking the Pain with medication, treat
the CAUSE, for a permanent Cure
• Change the unconscious minds reaction to emotional
states
• This is not just a cure, but prevention of future pain
