• assimilation of truths - translating learning into living
Our philosophy is to create platforms for life-changing experiences with Christ through the engagement
of the head (knowledge), heart (inner life) and hands (ministry skills).
Intentional, Inspiring, Impactful!
Welcome to IDMC Institute where we train
disciple-mentors of a certain kind!

21. PERSEKUTUAN
Crossroads Career Ministry seeks to provide contacts, counsel, and
encouragement to help you find a job, a career, your calling.
Perimeter's Crossroads Career Ministry offers monthly career meetings that
become foundations for support and spiritual growth. Each meeting includes
a short presentation by a guest speaker or expert in the business community.
Attendees gain insight and instruction on what scripture teaches about
employment and provision from God.
All are welcome to come to the monthly meetings; bring a friend, your resume,
paper, pen, and questions!

23. KOMUNITAS VOKASI
Beberapa komunitas
vokasi yang ada adalah:

26. GOTHAM FELLOWSHIP
Are you a pastor whose congregants have difficulty understanding how their
work is part of God’s unfolding story? Is it hard to help them see the impact
their jobs can have on city change? Do you understand how the various
industries matter to God despite the brokenness in them?
Are you a marketplace leader who struggles to understand how your work or
industry matters to God? Or how your work can impact other people and your
city? Would you like to be part of building a faith and work ministry in your city
or church?
A Gotham Fellowship may be a tool for you and your community.
27. OVERVIEW
Gotham is a nine-month whole life discipleship intensive that equips
participants with the tools to live out the gospel God has called them.
Each Gotham class typically comprises 50 percent women and 50 percent
men between the ages of 25-50 working in fields varied professional and
personal backgrounds, including business, law, finance, education,
engineering, government, non-profit, design, medicine, ministry, the arts,
and more.
28. CURRICULUM
The Fellowship integrates three primary elements
to further the social, cultural and spiritual renewal of cities:
• Theological Training
• Spiritual and Personal Development
• Community Formation
During these 9 months:
• Daily: Daily devotionals unite the group through guided scriptural and
reflective readings.
• Weekly: Participants meet 2 hours a week to discuss the extensive
(average 75-100 pages per week) reading of major texts.
• Monthly: Saturday gatherings provide in-depth training and city excursions.
• 3-monthly: Three retreats focus on personal reflection and spiritual
formation.
• Individual projects: Participants apply concepts to their own life and work.
29. The 5280 Fellowship helps Christian professionals serve God, their neighbors,
and society through their work. Over the course of this 9-month program,
participants gain new friendships, a clarified sense of calling, and a greater
connection with God at–and through–their work.
By the end of the 5280 Fellowship, Fellows will gain:
1. A greater sense of self-awareness
2. The framework to see work as a place of worship, formation, and mission
3. A broadened theology around the gospel, the church, and her mission
4. Spiritual disciplines to implement beyond the Fellowship
5. Connections to key cultural and civic issues through 20+ leaders across
industries
30. The 5280 Fellowship is designed to fit the lives of full-time working professionals.
However, the time commitment is significant. The nine-month Fellowship
experience includes weekly, monthly, and quarterly rhythms. Fellows are
expected to attend all Fellowship events.
Monthly rhythms
Saturday teaching session one weekend per month or a weekend retreat.
6 Saturday Session
• 8:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. at one of the Denver metro host churches
• In-depth teaching by 5280 Fellowship staff and/or city leaders
3 Retreats
• Longer periods of uninterrupted time for personal formation
• Overview and practice of spiritual disciplines
• Connect with other Fellows
31. Weekly rhythms
• Read 20-30 pages from classic works and contemporary thinkers.
• Meet for 2 hours with a small cohort at a local church 2-3 times per month.
• Discuss the assigned reading, personal and professional development, and
spiritual disciplines in cohort sessions.
Fellows practice spiritual disciplines designed to support their life with God
through their work–e.g. different types of prayer, silence & solitude, simplicity,
gratitude, etc.
Fall & Spring Semester
Fellows will attend 6 (out of 18) Community and Culture gatherings to interact
with city leaders from across the metro area (three in the fall, three in the
spring). These take place in the early evening on location at the senior
leader’s place of work, allowing for a show-and-tell style of learning.
32. The Workmatters Institute is a faith and leadership
development program for early-career professionals
interested in integrating their faith and work. Regardless of
industry or sphere, embracing the whole story of God is the
key to conquering the practical challenges of growing a career
and growing leaders who have eternal impact on the world.
Through 3 months of weekly classroom training and
1 year of mentoring provided by an executive leader,
the Workmatters Institute provides a unique discipleship and
career development experience based on biblical principles.
At the intersection of theology, leadership and community,
it is 100% spiritual formation and 100% professional
development.
We deeply desire to make the Workmatters Institute
experience available in other places.
