Duringthat time he conducted a research projectof the outcomes of the farmer trainer program. He interviewed
29 farmers. The cohort consisted of 20 farmers in the program5 or more years,7 farmers beginning the program
in 2016 and 2 farmers without an agriculturetrainingatall.Hesubmitted a report of findings atthe end of the
period that was of high quality.
