Meeting assessment requirements
• You are going to review the assessment requirements for your
qualification. (The Knowledge about Language content - Unit 1 - has
been covered in your workbook.)
• Review units 2 - 4 (Reading, S&L and Writing). Will you meet the
assessment criteria? Highlight any you are not sure about.
• Work in threes to support one another. You each have 1 ‘question
ticket’ for your tutor. Use them wisely (if someone else can answer your
question, you will save a ticket!).
• Add your question to the Padlet over break.

Action Learning Set – instructions
•Decide the length of time each person will have. Allocate a time
keeper.
•Individually, note on a sticky note one issue you would like to discuss
about your assessment task.
•As a ‘round robin’, each person say what issue they will bring to the
action learning set.
•Conduct discussion. Listen and give constructive feedback to each
person during the discussion. Be strict about time keeping.
•As a ‘round robin’ each person say what they have gained from the
discussion.
