The
Scorecard
program
provides
clear
direction
on
what
the
company’s
goals
are
and
how
you
are
going
to
be
measured
and
evaluated
as
a
supervisor
for
merit
increases.
The
included
scorecard
will
we
be
used
to
evaluate
your
performance
on
a
monthly
basis
and
your
scores
tabulated
annually
to
assess
your
qualifications
for
merit
increases.
You
will
also
be
required
to
meet
with
the
plant
manager
each
month
to
review
the
scorecards
of
each
of
your
team
members.
Total
points
available
to
be
earned
each
month
are
125.
Supervisors
will
be
assessed
for
merit
increase
on
total
available
points
for
the
year
of
1500.
A
minimum
of
60
points
must
be
maintained
each
month
or
a
PIP
will
be
issued
to
the
supervisor
for
the
month.
At
annual
review
a
minimum
of
720
points
must
be
earned
in
order
to
maintain
a
supervisor’s
position.

must
be
achieved
to
qualify
for
a
merit
increase
of
1.5%
900
points
must
be
achieved
to
qualify
for
a
merit
increase
of
2.5%
1000
points
must
be
achieved
to
qualify
for
a
merit
increase
of
3%
Supervisors

bonus
