I started as the lead teacher in the two-year-old classroom and quickly
became the director of the center. I planned activates for the children each
day in the classroom. In the office I made sure all DSS requirements were
being met daily, had a staff of sixteen amazing women, did basic skill
improvement with the children in the 4K classroom that were
developmentally behind, assuring safety of children and staff, kept a
positive and opened communication with all parents, coordinated staff and
parent meetings, child assessments yearly, enrolled children, filled in the
3K and 4K classrooms when teachers were out, attended DSS and ABC
trainings.

I began my Starbucks journey as a barista making specific hand crafted
beverages, running the register, interacted with customers. Quickly after I
because a shift manager and head of the Greenville County outreach
program. I would coordinate events with other Starbucks locations to
interact with our communities. When I wasn’t doing that I was in the store
as a shift manager. I handled money, customer complaints, creating a
warm and friendly environment for everyone, kept staff moral high,
ensured everyone’s safety.
EDUCATION TRI-COUNTY TECHNICAL COLLEGE- EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT
I received my Associate degree in Early Childhood Development. I
graduated with a GPA of 3.357. I student taught for a year at East End
Elementary school in a first grade classroom. I would develop lesson plans
and activates for the children based on what they were learning at the
time.

COMMUNICATION I completed a “Celebration of Learning” prior to graduating. It was a
twenty-minute-long presentation about how important creative teaching is
in engaging children and helping them learn through hands on activities. I
received a grade of 100%.
