2. WHAT IS COMMUNICATION ?
• Communication is the act of conveying meanings from one
entity or group to another through the use of mutually
understood signs,symbols,and semiotic rules.
• Communication is commonly defined as giving, receiving
or exchanging ideas, information, signals or messages
through appropriate media, enabling individuals or groups
to persuade, to seek information, to give information or to
express emotions effectively.

5. 1. INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION:
•Interpersonal communication is the process by
which people exchange information, feelings, and
meaning through verbal and non-verbal
messages: it is face-to-face communication.
•Interpersonal communication is not just about
what is actually said - the language used -
but how it is said and the non-verbal messages
sent through tone of voice, facial expressions,
gestures and body language.
6. 2. INTRAPERSONAL COMMUNICATION:
• In this communication people talk to each other things like
animal,trees,and other communication with it.
• Intrapersonal communication can be facilitated through both first-person
and second-person pronouns.
• However, through years of research, scholars have already realized that
people tend to use first-person and second-person self-talk in different
situations..
• Generally speaking, people are more likely to use the second-person
pronoun referring to the self when there is a need for self-regulation, an
imperative to overcome difficulties, and facilitation of hard actions whereas
first person intrapersonal talks are more frequently used when people are
talking to themselves about their feelings.
7. 3.GROUP COMMUNICATION:
•The quality of people's everyday lives depends in
important ways on the groups to which they
belong.
•The study of group communication helps further
the understanding of how groups function in
influencing individuals and society.
•Additionally, group communication provides
strong feedback, unique contributions to the
group as well as a critical thinking analysis
8. 4.MASS-MEDIA COMMUNICATION:
•It is a sub-field of communication studies.
•Mass communication is the process of imparting
and exchanging information through mass media to
large segments of the population.
• Transmission of messages to many persons at a
time is called mass communication.
•This implies that the audience of mass
communication are mostly made up of different
cultures, behavior, and belief systems.
9. CONCLUSION:
• Then after looking idea about the communication it
is the very important to our routine life.
•As a human mind we all know that communication
and the tools of mass media it is very useful to our
routine life.
