  4. 4. This will be your process with us! One of our Recruiters already contacted you via phone call and now it is time to get to know our managers! Your firsts interviews will usually focus on your previous experiences in the area, personal and professional interests. There could be a discussion about your goals and expectations (both yours and DiDi's) , about your technical skills or an assesment /study case to answer (we will let you know if it necessary) Your fourth interview will usually be with the HR team, who will evaluate the fit of your profile with the position. The last interview focuses on the last comments from the manager and final review to make the decision. Recruiter Interview When to ask about the status of my process? After an interview, our normal response should be around 4 days. We will get back to you as soon as we have new info! If you do not hear from us, please contact your Recruiter. We suggest you keep an eye on your email inbox! *Please take into account each process may vary depending on the position. This interviews may not be required for all positions or might be an assesment case. Interviewer self-introduction Candidate introduction (introduce yourself through a brief summary of your professional career) Competency-based questions (STAR method detailed below) In some interviews, case questions will be asked so we can understand how you can solve a real-life business issue and how you structure your answers, feel free to ask any information you might think you need in order to answer Q&A: (time for you to ask some questions) Your interview will mostly have the following structure: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5.
