Everybody has the right to speak, but some people abuse of this right, making
it almost impossible for the other participants of the meeting to speak, so, it
is a great idea to give the chance to everyone to ring a bell or make a signal if
someone has been speaking for more than five minutes without interruptions.

It’s a great idea to take notes of whatever that is said during the meeting,
that way you have some evidence of what has been said and also you can read
it all again and identify or understand things that you may had missed during
the meeting.
