Human Resource Director
The mission at WTA is to provide the highest quality of service to our
clients in all aspects of human resource management. During my time here,
I’ve been able to apply nine years of risk management experience to monitor
the legislative and regulatory environment on proposed changes that could
have potential impacts on the company and clients. In addition, I utilized my
time to establish, update, and communicate workplace policies for
organizational monitoring and enforcement while authoring and revising
customized employee handbooks. Day to day processes also included
aligning HR procedures with the company’s strategic plan through critical
decision-making and due diligence process, developing and implementing
training programs, as well as managing and administering payroll
related information and compensation systems.

2007 - 2011
FIT-WELL PROSTHETICS AND ORTHOTICS
Safety Manager
During my time as the Safety Manger at Fit-Well, I conducted regular
needs analysis to identify organizational safety requirements.
Once identified, my responsibilities included implementing all
maintanence and training programs to ensure the integrity and
follow-through for OSHA compliance of the safety program. I
additionally communicated new-hire and safety training programs
while developing and administering occupational injury and illness
programs. My position included investigating procedures of
workplace safety, health and illness prevention to supply in-depth
semiannual training to the entire staff.
