  1. Each minute, there are about 15 hours of video uploaded to YouTube and 5,000 pictures uploaded to Flickr.
  2. People are talking about your brand online. These conversations are visible (easily found in Google searches) on blogs, forums and social networks. If people aren’t talking about you online that means one of two things. Either there’s an opportunity to bring offline conversations online or people aren’t talking about you because you’re irrelevant.
