- HIP is geen product, het is geen suite van een vendor. Het is een concept net als SOA Pervasive integration = allesomvattende integratie, alles wat data bevat of produceert moet ontsloten kunnen worden

- Integration specialist: Traditionele rol, onze business, de mensen met diepe technische kennis Citizen-integrators: noodzakelijk om snel een oplossing neer te kunnen zetten, zonder afhankelijk te zijn van het IT bedrijf. CI zijn business users met technische affiniteit. Mensen die snel een Excel macro in elkaar flansen. Ad-Hoc: gebruiken een intuietieve web interface om snel een api te kunnen exposen bijvoorbeeld

- Hoe loopt de stroom van data van en naar de verschillende endpoints API management belangrijk ->bewaakt de toegang tot je services en je business data.

- Welke integratie patronen & protocollen Maar welke standaarden en stijlen staan we toe en wanneer passen we die toe?
- Hoe omgaan met zaken als data validatie, transformatie, mapping, content base routing, data kwaliteit, foutafhandeling, beveiliging en logging. M.a.w. = simpele integratie ;-)
- Stel vast welke integratie scenerio en endpoints nu en in de toekomst van belang zijn
- Bepaal hoe en waar (proces) orchestratie plaats vindt
- Wat zou er al out-of-the-box beschikbaar kunnen of moeten zijn om makkelijker en sneller te kunnen integreren?
- Breng de rollen in kaart met integratie bezig (zouden moeten) zijn.
- Analyseer de huidige en toekomst gewenste governance. Nu al complex, in de cloud wordt het niet makkelijker
- En hoe gaan we dit alles beheersen? OTAP tot OTIAP tot alleen P Nadenken over uptime, DR en je AA/AP strategie
- Bepaal de huidige en gewenste deployment modellen voor integratie
- BoB vs BoS (Er is geen enkele leverancier die HIP binnen nu en 3 jaar kan leveren) HIP Washing, zien we het al ?
- Of zal er altijd on-premise software blijven draaien?
