Spectator: Known as a virtual lurker.
Consumes tons of information, but doesn’t
help to spread or broadcast the message.
• View user-generated content
• Read blogs and are present in online
forums.
• Constantly are making sure they’re up-
to-date on user ratings and reviews of
the content they consume and the
products they use.
• When they do share content, they share
only what is meaningful or valuable to
them, or to help others.

• Worked at the same company for 5-7 years;
worked his way up from entry-level designer.
• In a serious relationship with a college
professor, who he met at SXSW.

• Rarely answers the phone at work and prefers
