It has been a difficult few years for Twitter management tools, with many of the dominant players being heavily restricted, or shut down entirely. In an effort to combat spam, Twitter has imposed new restrictions on what these tools are capable of, leaving very few left on the market.
In this SlideShare, let's look over one of those tools that is still standing today - Circleboom. We'll cover all of the various features, analyze how well they performed, and decide whether Circleboom is worth the investment (or whether a different Twitter tool is better suited to your needs!)

2. It’s Been Difficult For Twitter Tools
In these past few years, many popular Twitter tools such as Manageflitter,
Crowdfire, and Statusbrew have been practically shut down.
Twitter has been clamping down on Twitter tools in an effort to combat
spammers, and few tools have survived. Those that have now tend to
have strict restrictions.
Circleboom however is still alive and well – but is it worth it? In this
presentation, let’s review Circleboom as a Twitter management tool.

3. What Is Circleboom?
Circleboom helps you manage your Twitter by giving
you tools to help you follow other accounts, unfollow
accounts you’re following, and schedule tweets.
Let’s cover these features in more detail.
3
4. Circleboom Follow Features
I’m Not Following Back:
This tool displays a list of people who are following you, but you’re
not following.
Find Followers:
Allows you to follow people who are following another Twitter
account.
Find Friends:
Allows you to follow people who another Twitter user is following.
4
5. Circleboom Follow Features
Smart Search:
Search for people who have a certain keyword in
their bio or tweets.
Hashtag / Keyword Search:
Search and follow people who have tweeted a certain
keyword.
5
6. How Good Are Circleboom's Follow
Tools?
Each tool works as it should, and I’ve had no
problems with them.
However, there are very few sorting and filtering
options, meaning your list of accounts will be more
broad than other tools. This will hurt follow-back
rates if utilizing the follow / unfollow method for
gaining followers.
6
7. Circleboom Unfollow Tools
Not Following Back:
Unfollow people who you are following, but aren’t following
you back.
Non-English Accounts:
Unfollow accounts that do not tweet in English.
Fake / Spam:
Unfollow accounts that Circleboom determines are fake.
7
8. Circleboom Unfollow Tools
Inactives:
Unfollow people who haven’t tweeted in X number of days.
Too Actives:
Unfollow people who tweet more than 20 times a day.
Eggheads:
Unfollow people who do not have a profile picture.
All The Ones I Follow:
Displays a list of up to 2,000 people you are following.
8
9. How Good Are Circleboom's Unfollow
Tools?
The Non-English and Fake / Spam tools both
displayed false positives, accounts that shouldn’t
have been there. However, the rest of the tools
worked as intended.
Utilize an autoclicker to unfollow lots of accounts
quickly!
9
10. Circleboom Tweet Tools
RSS Scheduler:
Automatically post tweets from an RSS feed. This can be useful
for automatically sharing blog posts to Twitter.
Tweet Scheduler:
Schedule tweets out to be published at specific times. Supports
images and video.
Both tools worked as intended, without any problems.

11. Circleboom Analytics
Circleboom’s analytics were not that spectacular. They
allow you to view a graph for the following:
Your total number of followers.
The total number of people you’re following.
The number of tweets you’ve published.
Circleboom also calculates your average number of
tweets per day.
11
12. Pricing
Pricing for Circleboom is better than other tools
on the market, and scales with the number of
accounts you need to manage.
For one account, Circleboom runs at $17 /
month if paid month-to-month, or $72 if you pay
for an entire year up front.
12
13. Would I Recommend Circleboom?
If you’re only looking to utilize the unfollow and
tweet management tools, Circleboom may be the
best value on the market right now.
However, the lack of filtering options for its follow
tools make it less desirable than tools like Tweepi if
your goal is to maximize new followers.
In the end, it comes down to what you truly need
from a Twitter tool.
