Peptic ulcer, osteoporosis, psychoses or severe
psychoneuroses, active or quiescent TB; acute infection; live

Store in a tightly closed container at room temperature,keep

acute pancreatitis, aseptic osteonecrosis, muscle weakness,
visual disturbances, increased appetite, growth retardation.
