Naipu develops a variety of products, covering the mineral processing flows in non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals and
non-metals industries, with its main products as of slurry pumps and rubber wet ends, hydrocyclones, rubber mill liners and
trommels, rubber stators and impellers for flotation machines, rubber and polyurethane screen panels and plates, steel and rubber
composite pipes and hard-wall mining hoses. The Company also applies new polymer materials of rubber and polyurethane in the
manufacturing of mining equipment spares, resulting in higher abrasion and corrosion resistance performance and doubling their
service life than that of metal ones.
Naipu possesses a first-class fluid dynamics, mechanical design, rubber formulation and process R&D team,
specializing in the development and application of mining equipment, molds, new materials and new technology. FLUENT/CFX and
EDEM softwares are used for pump hydraulic design while ANSYS software used for structure strength analysis. Naipu designs
products and molds with 3D softwares, and undertakes design of new products for clients home and abroad, including
manufacturing according to drawings and materials. Our 750NZJ slurry pumps, NX838 hydrocyclones, stators and impellers for
320m³ flotation machine and Φ3530×4805mm trommels, independently developed and manufactured by Naipu, are the first in
China and are also world-class products.

concentrators, especially for separating fines, and are also
applied in desliming, sand removing and thickening. With the

I. SAG Mill Liners
The change of liners is the most important factor affecting
the efficiency of SAG mill. In order to maximize service life of
liners and minimize of shutdown of SAG mill, Naipu Mining
successfully improve the usage of the SABC liners and win
customers’ appreciation after long time site research,
development and design, experiment.
1. Composite Liners
Composite liners and composite lifters are composed of
wear-resistant rubber and wear-resistant alloy through
special techniques, which have changed the phenomena
of cracks of the metal liners and leaks due to insufficient
torque of liner bolts. Naipu makes innovations not only on

2. Rubber Grate
Compared with metal grates, rubber grates have the
following advantages:
› Light in weight, easy assembly and disassembly.
› Abrasion resistant, service life is over 1.5 folds of that
of metal grates.
› No deformed apertures nor decreased opening area
due to impact of steel balls to affect pulp discharge.
› No opening blockage thanks to the elasticity of rubber.

III. Elastomer Trommel
Rubber-lined trommels manufactured by Naipu are of unique
structural design and performance, and are widely used on ball
mills and SAG mills.
1. Main Structure Type

Naipu designs trommels for clients based on their requirements to suit
their specific metallurgical conditions.
Cylindrical and conical trommels are for mill discharge classification,
removing coarse solids and scats, improving cyclone efficiency and
pump life.
Reverse spiral trommels are installed at grate mills and AG mills for
pre-classification, controlling feed size to the mill in the next stage.
Double-deck Character and Size Classifying Trommels both remove
coarse scats and control feed size to the mill in the next stage, as well
as return the middlings for regrinding.

Spares
NAIPU has long term tech cooperation with BGRIMM, jointly
researching and developing rotors, dispersers and other
rubber components for flotation machines.
Naipu produces rotors and dispersers on KYF type and XCF
type flotation machines, as well as on BS-K8 and some
other types, sizing 50m3 to 320m3.
Rotors and dispersers consist of metal skeleton and rubber
covering.
Major rotational component of rotor is tested for dynamic
balance, resulting in a reduced partial load and improved
stability during operation.
※ Vibrating Screen Spares
Compared with metal panels, rubber or polyurethane
ones have features as follows:
Light in weight, easy loading/unloading on site,
lessened labor intensity
High damping, lower noise
Good resilience, increasing bouncing frequency of
material, improving screening efiiciency
No blocked apertures
Thanks to abrasion resistance of rubber, aperture
sizing remains stable, thus screening precision is kept at
or over 90%.
