(Trans-Web Infrastructure Network System)
PROJECT PROPOSAL SUMMARY
INTRODUCTION / PROJECT SUMMARY:
The purpose of this writing is to present the idea of developing an advanced living, fully
self–sustaining system, and a sub-surface / underground advanced (350-4,000+mph)
tube-transport system which shall link / form an advanced infrastructure for the nation
of Cuba internally to include cities from Havana in the north to Santiago de Cuba in the
south and cities in between (see map below). Also understand that the housing tubes
that contain the set (passenger and cargo) transport tubes also provides space for the
laying of communication and electric transfer cables and a central maglev system for
any possible tube repairs and/or addition of cable laying which would generate
additional revenues to the operation to recovering costs of construction and ROI. This
project begins with the establishment of a sub-ground tube transport system
connecting Havana city with Havana airport (6.06 mi. / 9.76 km.).
Needless to say, there are various components to this undertaking however, understand
that all of the components are already available in the global market place as is funding
to some extent, naturally subject to some type of written contracts / agreements with
likely a single or multiple investor(s), governments, World Bank, IMF, Engineering
Companies, Contractors, Management Team, and etc., all of which we shall assist in
negotiations.
It all begins with the willingness of the government of U.S. and Cuba to politically
support such a development which would bring Cuba to be recognized as a first level
nation once completed while proving the U.S. with a strong and long-term economic/
financial relationship with Cuba.
Once all is arranged, the building of the Cuba T.W.I.N.S. project begins with phase 1,
connecting underground Havana with the nearest major airport using the underground
T.W.I.N.S. tube system. An example of the type of tube transport system to be used with
T.W.I.N.S. may be viewed at www.et3.com.
After this first phase is completed of building the first T.W.I.N.S. City Station in/near
Havana and connecting that location with the nearest major airport via the smaller
Portal Station at the airport, the project may proceed to the other cities. Once this first
City to / from Airport connection is debugged and operational, the construction of
T.W.I.N.S. City Stations begins simultaneously to include the digging of tunnels for the
tube transport system and simultaneously building the City Stations in Santa Clara, Ciego
de Avila, Bayamo, Santiago de Cuba, and possibly Guantanamo (see map) or as
otherwise may be chosen.
Do understand that once the entire T.W.I.N.S. system is operational, all locations will be
accessible within minutes with no transfer required, unless desired. This means that
passengers sit in a Self-Driving Electric Vehicles (SDEV) when in the hyper-speed
transport capsule which opens up upon arrival at the desired destination and is driven
out automatically with passengers / cargo on board. This design idea is to create a
‘seamless’ transportation system so no transfer is required and in effect passengers and
cargo are delivered to the desired inner city location since being in a car like vehicle.
In short, the SDEV allows the passengers / cargo to be delivered to the specific city
destination, utilizing satellite technology (GPS) and vehicle censors / programming
features whereby all is controlled by the nearest T.W.I.N.S. City Station location using an
Electronic Vehicle Recall System (EVRS) whenever required and to secure the vehicles.
All administration of the SDEV is controlled at the local T.W.I.N.S. Station.
It is suggested that the SDEV be provided by U.S. automakers and possibly other world
members of the auto industry to develop and supply the SDEVs as part of their
participation in this project.
In addition to the comprehensive and advanced transport component of T.W.I.N.S.,
there is electric power generation and the fully self-sustaining indoor vertical farming
component for the production of foods, water, fish, Algae for biofuel and more
(http://bit.ly/F3Show). Development beyond the basic requirement includes the
development of the internal real estate within the T.W.I.N.S. Station. Such additions
include housing, hotels, indoor / outdoor entertainment facilities and more, all in the
interest of making Cuba a fully self-sustaining nation and no longer dependent on
imports or any other outside sources beyond the T.W.I.N.S. complex and network.
Repayment revenues shall come from this component of T.W.I.N.S.
One other feature of the T.W.I.N.S. system is a new no-zone time system (NZTS). The
idea being to establish a total 20 hour day and night cycle. First, the new clock could be a 20
hour clock whereby the right half would be shaded representing 10 night hours (1-10) and the
left side of the clock remains clear to represent the 10 daylight hours (11-20). Time begins at
night with the first night hour in Japan or Taiwan and progressing accordingly as the Earth spins.
Each hour indicated on the new clock would be 18 degrees of separation between each hour of
the 20 hour clock. Thus, the time would always be somewhere between 1 and 20 hours,
depending where one lives. There would be 100 minutes in an hour and 100 seconds in a
minute. This the basic outline of a 20 hour cycle system to replace the current inefficient and
confusing 12 hour time zones.
Therefrom and after development of the central corridor system, the next phase would
be to expand and build the system East and West until all / most North, South, East, and
West Cuban city locations are linked.
PROJECT TIME LINE and COSTS ESTIMATES
The anticipated time-line to complete phase 1 is estimated to be 2-3 years, subject to
conditions and cooperation of all parties. The remaining development may take 5-10
years, subject to conditions, if any in the future. This undertaking begins with the
cooperation of Cuba and possibly the US to agree to build this fully self-sustaining
T.W.I.N.S. project development program in Cuba.

Havana, Cuba Historic Data:
Havana (/həˈvænə/; Spanish: La Habana, [la aˈβana] ( listen)) is the capital city, largest
city, province, major port, and leading commercial centre ofCuba.[3] The city proper has a
population of 2.1 million inhabitants,[2][3] and it spans a total of 728.26 km2 (281.18 sq mi)
– making it the largest city by area, the most populous city, and the third largest
metropolitan area in the Caribbean region.[2][4]
The city extends mostly westward and southward from the bay, which is entered through
a narrow inlet and which divides into three main harbours: Marimelena, Guanabacoa and
Atarés. The sluggishAlmendares River traverses the city from south to north, entering
the Straits of Florida a few miles west of the bay.[5]
The city of Havana was founded by the Spanish in the 16th century and due to its strategic
location it served as a springboard for the Spanish conquest of the continent becoming a
stopping point for the treasure-laden Spanish galleons on the crossing between the New
World and the Old World. King Philip II of Spain granted Havana the title of City in
1592.[6] Walls as well as forts were built to protect the old city.[7] The sinking of the U.S.
battleship Maine in Havana's harbor in 1898 was the immediate cause of the Spanish–
American War.[8]
Contemporary Havana can essentially be described as three cities in one: Old
Havana, Vedado and the newer suburban districts. The city is the center of the Cuban
government, and home to various ministries, headquarters of businesses and over 90
diplomatic offices.[9] The current mayor is Marta Hernández from the Communist Party of
Cuba (PCC).[10] In 2009, the city/province had the 3rd highest income in the country.[11]
The city attracts over a million tourists annually,[12] the Official Census for Havana reports
that in 2010 the city was visited by 1,176,627 international tourists,[12] a 20.0% increase
from 2005. The historic centre was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1982.[13] The
city is also noted for its historic culture
Five (5) Year Projection of Revenues
1. Revenues from Food, Water, Power Production and the Sales Complex: See
http://bit.ly/F3Farm
2. Transportation revenues are yet to be determined since it would be determined
on the economics of the subject nation and include advertising presentations from
third parties and related revenues at each Station location.
GENERAL APPROXIMATE CUBA POPULATION TOTAL: 11,500,000
Thus, the anticipated ultimate capture of Public Transportation Users of the
‘seamless’ transport system equals from 50%-98% of the population. ROI to
investors would be realized from the transport fees, advertising, office and
residential rental + other real estate related activities.
Additionally, if a nation like the U.S. agrees to provide the required raw materials,
Cuba provides the labor, and we would provide the management team. Also note
that the political and economic yield would greatly benefit the people of both
nations.
Please understand that the above costs are estimates and subject to change at
which time we shall inform you accordingly.

The sluggishAlmendares River traverses the city from south to north, entering the Straits of Florida a few miles west of the bay.[5] The city of Havana was founded by the Spanish in the 16th century and due to its strategic location it served as a springboard for the Spanish conquest of the continent becoming a stopping point for the treasure-laden Spanish galleons on the crossing between the New World and the Old World. King Philip II of Spain granted Havana the title of City in 1592.[6] Walls as well as forts were built to protect the old city.[7] The sinking of the U.S. battleship Maine in Havana's harbor in 1898 was the immediate cause of the Spanish– American War.[8] Contemporary Havana can essentially be described as three cities in one: Old Havana, Vedado and the newer suburban districts. The city is the center of the Cuban government, and home to various ministries, headquarters of businesses and over 90 diplomatic offices.[9] The current mayor is Marta Hernández from the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC).[10] In 2009, the city/province had the 3rd highest income in the country.[11] The city attracts over a million tourists annually,[12] the Official Census for Havana reports that in 2010 the city was visited by 1,176,627 international tourists,[12] a 20.0% increase from 2005. The historic centre was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1982.[13] The city is also noted for its historic culture
  • 5. Five (5) Year Projection of Revenues 1. Revenues from Food, Water, Power Production and the Sales Complex: See http://bit.ly/F3Farm 2. Transportation revenues are yet to be determined since it would be determined on the economics of the subject nation and include advertising presentations from third parties and related revenues at each Station location. GENERAL APPROXIMATE CUBA POPULATION TOTAL: 11,500,000 Thus, the anticipated ultimate capture of Public Transportation Users of the ‘seamless’ transport system equals from 50%-98% of the population. ROI to investors would be realized from the transport fees, advertising, office and residential rental + other real estate related activities. Additionally, if a nation like the U.S. agrees to provide the required raw materials, Cuba provides the labor, and we would provide the management team. Also note that the political and economic yield would greatly benefit the people of both nations. Please understand that the above costs are estimates and subject to change at which time we shall inform you accordingly. LINKS FOR REVIEW: 1.
