EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Natural  and/or  man-made emergencies creates the need to address cross cutting factors causing the emergencies, as well as the rise in the number of different actors with different mandates trying to work and coordinate in the same disaster space. NGOs, Militaries, UN Agencies, Red Cross and Red Crescent Movements, private sectors, donors and even political parties are now responding to emergencies and thus creating more complex situations in coordination, rules of engagements and management of expectations from all stakeholders JDR Global Resources creates multidisciplinary education and training solutions for civilian and military coordination, cooperation and liaisons in order to respond effectively to what is known as “ Complex  Emergencies ” The clients will then be equipped with the best solutions in order to respond effectively to the challenges of peace operations, trans-border security, humanitarian assistance, and disaster mitigation and relief.  JDR Global Resources, with its international cadre of skilled trainers from a wide spectrum of relevant subject matter expertise will provide the highest form of knowledge transfer to strengthen the ability of international communities to respond to complex emergencies. They are recognized  and seasoned professionals with extensive operational field experiences and their core skills. Their international experience and exposure as well as the technical and technology capacity will be able to serve the diverse needs of any region.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The JDR Global Resources LOGO “ Effective solutions for complex contingencies”  is reflected in the firm’s visual logo. Since time immemorial, the puzzle represents complex issues and challenges that requires clear thought processes to provide key and optimized solutions, requiring a strategic focus to plan for their management. This is JDR Global Resources’ forte; providing our clients with knowledge of the right approaches that they should embark on, which will deliver on the success of their response plans to complex contingencies.  The Black piece represents the complex contingencies and issues faced by the authorities, military and civil society in managing one humanitarian crises after another Red denotes the strategic thinking and effective solutions required and needed to be adhered to in order to develop a holistic approach to solving the complex issues. Tactical inputs minus the strategic thinking may deliver on short term gains but will not offer long term or sustainable solutions The 2 White pieces denote an entity with the right solution and resolution to confront and manage complex contingencies and sustain it throughout with a balanced and aligned processes. The approach considers all facets of a successful response plan that  encompass the issues of people, process, technology and/or communications and governance or policies

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Natural and/or man-made emergencies creates the need to address cross cutting factors causing the emergencies, as well as the rise in the number of different actors with different mandates trying to work and coordinate in the same disaster space. NGOs, Militaries, UN Agencies, Red Cross and Red Crescent Movements, private sectors, donors and even political parties are now responding to emergencies and thus creating more complex situations in coordination, rules of engagements and management of expectations from all stakeholders JDR Global Resources creates multidisciplinary education and training solutions for civilian and military coordination, cooperation and liaisons in order to respond effectively to what is known as “ Complex Emergencies ” The clients will then be equipped with the best solutions in order to respond effectively to the challenges of peace operations, trans-border security, humanitarian assistance, and disaster mitigation and relief. JDR Global Resources, with its international cadre of skilled trainers from a wide spectrum of relevant subject matter expertise will provide the highest form of knowledge transfer to strengthen the ability of international communities to respond to complex emergencies. They are recognized and seasoned professionals with extensive operational field experiences and their core skills. Their international experience and exposure as well as the technical and technology capacity will be able to serve the diverse needs of any region.
  • 3. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The JDR Global Resources LOGO “ Effective solutions for complex contingencies” is reflected in the firm’s visual logo. Since time immemorial, the puzzle represents complex issues and challenges that requires clear thought processes to provide key and optimized solutions, requiring a strategic focus to plan for their management. This is JDR Global Resources’ forte; providing our clients with knowledge of the right approaches that they should embark on, which will deliver on the success of their response plans to complex contingencies. The Black piece represents the complex contingencies and issues faced by the authorities, military and civil society in managing one humanitarian crises after another Red denotes the strategic thinking and effective solutions required and needed to be adhered to in order to develop a holistic approach to solving the complex issues. Tactical inputs minus the strategic thinking may deliver on short term gains but will not offer long term or sustainable solutions The 2 White pieces denote an entity with the right solution and resolution to confront and manage complex contingencies and sustain it throughout with a balanced and aligned processes. The approach considers all facets of a successful response plan that encompass the issues of people, process, technology and/or communications and governance or policies
