SCOPE OF WORK
1. Maintenance
a. Monitor daily routine such as regular cutting of the following areas:
i. Putting surface of greens and practice greens
ii. Fairway lines and tee mounds
iii. Cutting of rough areas and steep slopes
b. Coring of all greens/ light and heavy verticutting if needed
i. Inside collar of green
ii. Outside collar of the green
c. Edging of green areas
i. Edging of both side area of the cart path
d. Application of fungicide and other food supplement in the following areas:
i. Green area, tee mounds, fairways and other areas as needed
e. Removal of weeds on putting surface and collar area of the greens
f. Trimming of unnecessary braches of trees and all coconut, palms and other ornamental plants
inside the golf course
2. Planting of additional ornamental plants/ trees on golf course
3. Monitoring equipment working hours such as:
a. Grass cutting equipments
b. Dump trucks
c. Service vehicles
4. Monitor irrigation facilities
5. Gather greens speed data
6. Reporting/making monthly financial consumption of all maintenance expenses.
7. Perform other duties as mandated by the grounds committee from time to time
