MoveIt is a device that uses augmented reality to make physical activity engaging for office workers aged 25-35. It consists of a visor, projector, headphones, and motion sensors. Research involved line dancing and interviews to understand what motivates physical activity and learning. The device aims to leverage principles of social influence and learning by watching others through an augmented reality experience that relates Singapore's heritage sites to physical movement.
