In 2021, the company hired the necessary staff to bring all
IT development in-house. And while it allowed all

What was your inspiration to step into the business
development profession?
This was a result of my involvement in various startups,
and this, in turn bore a passion in me to enhance
developments that can transform businesses for the better.

and consistency, especially in my conversations with

some deals and even helped in my relationship with people
in/outside business.
As an experienced leader, what advice would you like to
give to aspiring entrepreneurs and enthusiasts who wish
to venture into the marketing profession?
Be passionate and be open to new learnings, don’t let the
monetary part cloud/dictate your professionalism.
Where do you see yourself in the future? Also, how do
you envision scaling your business operations and
outreach in the coming years?
The future is very promising, as I have, and I am still
putting in a lot of work to ensure I do not let my guard

about her vision and about HRBoost!
Nicole, kindly brief our audience about your journey as
a Chief Empowerment Officer and Founder. What
challenges have you had to overcome to reach where you
are today?
At 18 leaving my home and right out of high school, I got a
job as a receptionist at a pre-Y2K firm where I found my
passion by accident.
During the same time, I was working on a training program
for a college human resources class. When I finished my
presentation, the director created a human resources
department for the site, hired a manager, and moved me
from reception to human resources.
Since then, I have been building HR departments from the
