o Resource Center Phase Refresh: This project involved redesigning Resource Center to address some of the biggest challenges
users faced with this application. The intent was to save LPL clients time and effort by providing faster and easier access to
information needed to run their practices and/or learn about new investment solutions. Phase 1 delivered value by enhancing
search capabilities, providing an improved and intuitive user experience, enabling mobile access to Resource Center content and
delivering relevant content.
o Recipient of the CIO Top 100 Award: Award Winning New Resource Center, for exemplifying the highest level of operational
and strategic excellence in information technology
o CRM Program: Achieved the goal of creating a common integration framework that facilitated integration between ClientWorks
and other CRM platforms. This integration enabled seamless sharing of data such as clients, accounts, household groups and user
defined groups, activities, permissions etc. between platforms. Increased advisor productivity by 20%
o SalesForce.com Compliance Remediation: This effort was primarily centered on compliance related issues pertaining to
properly displaying, linking, and synchronizing client data between LPL systems and Salesforce. This yielded the availability and
reliability of updated data for linked clients and accounts in Salesforce and displayed correct client linkage status in LPL systems.
o ClientWorks Advisor Landing Page: provide ClientWorks users with a relevant Landing Page within Client Management. This
Landing Page is designed to present users with information needed to assist in managing their business. The intent is to create
two standard views available to all users.
