8-koi provides administrative and acquisition related support services to the Sea
Warrior Program (PMW 240) and Enterprise Systems & Services Program (PMW 250)
in Orlando, Florida and Arlington, Virginia. PMW 240 manages a complex portfolio of
non-tactical information technology systems and support services for a myriad of
U.S. Naval ship and shore elements to include but not limited to Navy human
resources, criminal justice, safety, afloat business applications, logistics, joint aviation aircraft scheduling and
Department of the Navy (DON) and Department of Defense (DOD) administration and portfolio management efforts.
The PMW 250 E2S Program Office provides leadership and management for developing, acquiring, fielding, and
supporting Distance Support and Enterprise Business systems, which include but are not limited to Navy criminal justice,
Department of Defense (DoD) portfolio management, DON administration and SharePoint hosting, and joint aircraft
scheduling. The goal of E2S is to rapidly identify and implement affordable IT solutions to the Navy’s enterprise business
and readiness problems in support of Sailors, Marines, the fleet, Navy and other customers.
