- Strategies and tactics can be difficult to understand for a new user Alarm occurs A strategies is executed and decides what actions to take A callout list “Tactic” is launched from the strategy

- Tactics are workflow callout lists To create any tactic Basic or advanced, you must know who you want to notify when an event occurs In the example on this slide, an event happens and some strategy calls the tactic shown Check if the Tag/block is called “WTP Storage Tank Alarms” If not end tactic If yes, check if it has a severity above 750 If not wait 10 minutes and contact the WTP operators If the severity is greater than 750 immediately contact WTP operators and the mangers
- Schedules Configure using an outlook type calendar Utilization This tab is used to see if any WIN-911 item (schedule, role, label, contact, etc.) is used elsewhere Utilization is helpful if you wish to add/delete items, so you can see where the item is used
