The E-coat line of ICR is distinguished by its high quality and wide range
of control over the simple application process, allowing control over
thickness, substrate coverage and length of application cycle.
Once the process parameters are set, the results are constant.
Is a coating process where electrically charged organic particles dispersed
in an aqueous solution are electrically deposited in a uniform manner on a
metallic substrate. Thickness is controlled mainly through the setting of the
voltage applied.
The Electrodeposition process may be Anodic or Cathodic.
