CoTY Awards are being made available in three categories: Emerging Star, Established and Senior Leader. The CoTY Awards will be judged by a senior selection panel. Depending on the category, this panel will be looking for qualities such as:  Exceptional leadership, management and communication skills.  The ability to deliver measurable value.  Initiative in the management of communication programs.  The highest ethical and professional standards. 13 April, 2014 Page 2
