Meetup "How to build and keep your product backlog healthy?"

Baixar para ler offline

A well defined and prioritized product backlog exposes all the important things your teams need to focus on to deliver business value. It makes release and iteration planning easier and helps setting expectations with stakeholders and other teams.

Building a product backlog is not done in a vacuum, but in collaboration with different stakeholders and customers.

Once the product backlog is built, it's important to regularly maintain it to keep pace with the business needs. In this meetup, Nikolas, Rafal and Hussam will introduce us to some techniques to help build and keep the backlog healthy based on their experiences from large and small product development companies.
