Instead of focusing on 10,000 things you’d like to, or feel you need to, change or succeed in, why not be smart about it and pick one or
two main goals to pour your energy into in the coming months? Once the big rocks are in the jar, everything else falls into place quite

Using our weekly planner, you will focus on one goal (or two, if you make double copies each week) that will see you through the rest
of the year. This goal is sub-divided into 10 smaller parts, one for each of the remaining months of 2015. And these, in turn, are sub-
divided into one weekly goal that is action-oriented, ensuring that by the end of said week, then month, and then 2015, you’ll actually
have fulfilled whichever goal it is you’re setting your mind and heart to…or at least a lot closer than if you kept on drifting in the wind.
