thresholds (10m revenue; 50m revenue; 100m revenue…)
Profitability
§ EBITDA margin compared to peers may be the most
important comparison criteria when the companies’ sizes
are similar

§ A leading position within a local market improves a
valuation multiple, on the other hand, a mid-tier position
will drive a lower valuation.
