Why Summer Internship Program?
● Objective of this program is to have an dynamic understanding of
the organizations.
● Integrate classroom learning with practical experiences.
● The program helps to grow the network and helps to increase the
confidence of the trainee.
● This helps to identify the strengths, weakness, likes & dislikes.
● This program`s main objective is to help students make familiar with
the organizational working environment.
Background
● Maxroof, have revolutionized Metal Building Systems with 20 years
of expertise, cutting edge products and exceptional accessories. We
proudly hold an extensive range of superior products that covers a
spectrum of applications- right from Warehouses to Commercial
and Infrastructural Buildings. Using innovative solutions- like
proficient machinery with capacity of 60,000 MT per annum, we
consistently work towards breaking new grounds todeliver
unparalleled services.
● Products offered are Trapezoidal roofing sheets, Standing Seam
Profile, C & Z Purlins, Decking sheet,Flashings, Polycarbonate sheets,
Multiwall sheets, Insulations, Wind ventilator, Downtake
Pipes,Crimping Sheets & Ridge Ventilators.
Observations
● While doing the internship as a sales & marketing intern I have
observed about how the clients expect to be the price of the
product according the market.
● Observed about how to give the price to the customer and how to
negotiate to have the best possible rate against the competitors and
to crack the order.
● How certain client who knows about the product react after
listening to the price while how other clients who don`t know about
the product how they react.

● Costing and selling the product with the required specifications of
