JW Marriott, Downtown Los Angeles
Imagine every child in the U.S. under age 15 never going to school, never learning how to read or write their
name, or get a decent job. This is the reality for 57 million children who don’t have access to primary education.
A lack of education is the root cause of virtually every global challenge we face. When entire nations are
deprived access to an education it leads to devastating poverty, political unrest, war, terrorism, health epidemics,
and violence against women.
7th Annual
JOIN US IN BUILDING THRIVING COMMUNITIES AROUND THE WORLD THROUGH EDUCATION
Each year the Unstoppable Foundation presents the Unstoppable Achievement Award to individuals
and corporations who tirelessly advocate to help all children receive access to education.
Previous honorees have included Nobel Prize Laureate Malala Yousafzai, NFL Pro Football Hall of
Fame quarterback Warren Moon, and scholar/activist Dr. Tererai Trent. The 2016 honorees will
soon be announced.
The evening features a VIP reception, live auction, award ceremony, and an exquisite dining
experience.

UNSTOPPABLE GALA OVERVIEW
To ensure that every child has access to the lifelong gift of
education.
We are currently educating 8,000 children a day in three
countries using our 5-pillar model:
OUR MISSION
UNSTOPPABLE FOUNDATION OVERVIEW
The Unstoppable Foundation doesn’t just fund schools but brings sustainable education to children in
developing nations by working with expert partners on the ground that provide children with access
to an education as well as support the entire community with these 5 Pillars of sustainability. *
Impoverished communities can transform themselves if they have the proper resources and support.
*The 5 Pillars are designed to be owned and maintained by each community and
self-sustained within five years after project implementation.

The World Bank estimates that achieving
primary education for every child would cost
$11B to $15B a year. Sound like a lot? We
spent twice that in the US last year on ice
cream. We spent three times that amount
feeding our pets.

  • 1. Saturday, March 19, 2016 JW Marriott, Downtown Los Angeles Imagine every child in the U.S. under age 15 never going to school, never learning how to read or write their name, or get a decent job. This is the reality for 57 million children who don’t have access to primary education. A lack of education is the root cause of virtually every global challenge we face. When entire nations are deprived access to an education it leads to devastating poverty, political unrest, war, terrorism, health epidemics, and violence against women. 7th Annual JOIN US IN BUILDING THRIVING COMMUNITIES AROUND THE WORLD THROUGH EDUCATION
