and hence corner windows were designed for better
view of the farm.

clubhouse with each bungalow consisting of 3 beds

an open space on three sides. Each unit is designed
in a ground space of 100 SqM.

PROJECT DETAILS: A CBSE affiliated school designed for Krafto charitable
trust for std 1st -12th. The school was designed into
two phases having two separate buildings. The school
follows architectural features like gothic columns
along with a dome in the canopy and a central open
courtyard for light and ventilation.

PROJECT DETAILS: The hotel was half way constructed property after
which HCA was given the scope for façade designing
and interior of the hotel. The property is 4-storeyed
with 31 rooms and a banquet which was almost one
storeyed below the ground level, hence the entry
was made on the first floor filling the front part of
the ground floor .

PROJECT DETAILS: The scope of work was to design the Dorm rooms
and Deluxe rooms. The dorm rooms were facing
towards the sea hence justification was giving to a
common gathering area which was treated as lounge.
The hotel being in Daman invited many business class
people hence the deluxe rooms were designed
keeping their requirement into considerations.

The room was one huge open space which
was further divided with the help of sliding
partitions in order to balance the privacy of
the space. Each subdivided room had its

in working out on the exterior and interiors . The

DESIGN
The design follows a classic modern style for the façade as well as the
interiors. Elements like stepped false ceiling and chandeliers add up to
the space. The design has been kept as minimal as possible using wood
and white.

The office follows modern design as per the client needs and the
compact area was utilized in the utmost form. There was no place for
keeping a small fridge hence the accounts table was designed in a way
to accommodate a small bar fridge.

PROJECT DETAILS: The property is a sea facing residential flat with a
living and 2 bedroom. The requirements were low
along with the budget. The main challenge was to fit
in the requirements for the proposed budget.

This home was designed as a holiday home and as the property is
facing the sea, the client wanted a small sitting in the balcony and
minimum furniture were used.
